These diagrams are clean,coherent and straightforward!!! Good job. Graphically, you could fade out just a bit the drawing so the colors pop out even more. The viewer of your diagrams should be able to right away get a visual idea of the proportions and footage for each space and how the spaces relate to each other both as different programs and sizes.
Glad to see that you used the same color coding for all examples.

I think the studies at the same scale too would help you and make the comparisons more interesting.
