Precedent Studies

  1. Aren't you supposed to have 6 examples?

  2. I agree with Lia. This research is very limited. You need more, and interesting precedents. Be selective in that process. Your references should help you on your programmatic concept: seasons. Do not forget that!

Be consistent with your diagrams throughout the boards. For example:
On the 1st board you visualize the massing with an orthographic view diagram. On the 2nd you visualize it with an eye level photo of the building and on the 3rd with a bird's eye view of the building. Find the best way that visualizes better the massing and use that same technique for all of your studies. I propose that a black and white diagram is the most adequate for the massing analysis. Same comment for the rest of the analysis.

    Graphically:
Why the overall frame is not centered to the page?? Take care of these details. I know first hand that you have all you need to come up with clean and coherent layout.

  3. I think you must have taken the comments from above and revised your diagrams, as they really do read well and the variety of projects is great.
For the most part the images are all straight forward, except I think a little text could be added to the parti section - just a few words describing the concept.
